Google has recently been migrating reporting features found in the Report Centre into the Campaigns tab. Some reports such as Ad Group Performance, Campaign Performance and Account Performance reports can no longer be created in the Report centre.
In Google’s own words the reasons for these changes are as follows:
“We believe that reports can be faster and more powerful in the Campaigns tab. You get the flexibility to quickly switch views when you want to dig deeper into performance trends, and to act on the insights you discover by making changes on the same pages where you run your reports.”
As well as migrating reports from the Report Centre to the Campaigns tab they have also added some new advanced reporting features. These features included segmenting statistics by device, by click type, by hour of the day, by quarter and by destination URL.
